On the other hand, As a chief engineer in engine department, he must know that with various types of engine, the maintenances and overhauls are different, and instruction books are to be referred to whenever necessary. He should pay more attention to the conditions and operations of all emergency equipments and pollution prevention equipments. He must know that he has to do some work to keep good relationship between deck department and engine department.
 I think that anything present the better without the best. Somebody should have been learning something unless he is really old.
