| 详细描述： | Handling of all Flag State administrative documents including license application relating to crew; Maintains and updates crew bio-data, interview and approval reports, and coordinates with Manning Agents to update crew documents; Inputs and updates MPS system relative to crew; Collects and maintains crew’s evaluation reports well in office’s public filing; Assists Fleet Personnel Administrator & Training Manager in matters pertaining to crew medical & legal claims and maintain records; Liaises with affiliate offices, training institutions, manning agents and involved crew for various training courses & seminar attendance as required; Assists in the development of training courses for sea staff and maintain records properly; Assists in arranging for Officers and crew’s briefing / visiting /de-briefing and maintain records properly; Assists in arranging for Cadets’ recruitment and training onboard, and then maintain their training progress reports properly; Assists the on-line application of Letter of Guarantee for Foreign Superintendent and Manning Agents’ representatives visiting Shanghai office; |
