| 详细描述： | Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager based in Hong Kong. Chief internal customer is the parceling team. Primary responsibility for stability calculations and stowage planning for project cargoes like steels in various forms, windmill towers, mobile homes, railway wagons and containers to be loaded on Handymax and Handysize bulk carriers. Frequent changes to stowage plans in high pressure situations are to be expected. Visiting vessels and supervising the loading and lashing of project cargoes in China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, etc. |

| 详细描述： | Seafaring background is desirable but not necessary. If you were a seafarer, you must have sailed at least as Second Officer. Written and spoken knowledge of Mandarin is compulsory. English ability is important as well. At least three years working experience undertaking the jobs listed below |
