详细描述：

1、Administer office external audits to the standards of ISM and processing of the audit findings 2、Assist in arranging vessels external audits to standards of ISM CODE and processing of the audit findings. 3、Administer office & vessel internal audits reports 4、Maintain records of marine accidents, incidents, near misses and non-conformance reports. 5、Maintain records of port state control reports. 6、Arrange for travel arrangements of Superintendents (if required 7、Making trend analysis for the reports received, such as vetting, psc, accidents, incidents, near misses and non-conformance reports. 8、Maintain filing of records in a systematic manner for ease of retrieval & reference 9、Production of Manuals for the Company & Vessels 10、Clearing of Invoices for payment 11、发票结算 12、接船文件准备、文件更新（如：SSP、SOPEP、DMLC Part II、船章、等） 13、船舶证书更新与公司档案更新（主要岸基维护协议、电台执照、等） 14、美国文件、加拿大文件办理 15、船旗国通函、澳洲通函、NTM通函下载并发船（包括每半年的光盘更新）、SOPEP Contact List发船 16、协助跟踪部分保险
