1.Handle requisitions and request for quotations 2.Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, specifying quality, quantity and delivery schedules 3.Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors 4.Work closely with Superintendents to seek clarifications and expedite orders 5.Issue purchase order, Manage delivery of goods and services ordered to the vessels and ensure proper receipt by the vessels, Resolve discrepancies between invoice, PO and receipt

详细描述：

 1.Bachelor degree or Diploma (preferably in marine/mechanical engineering or supply chain management)   2. Preferably with 2-3 years relevant experience in purchasing in the shipping industry  3. Highly motivated and a fast learner  4. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure  5. Good people skills  6. Proficient with computer and experience with Marine Purchasing System preferred  Good verbal and written communication skills (English)  Able to interact effectively with internal and external parties
