| 详细描述： | 1. Assists the management with the safe, efficient and cost effective functioning of fleet vessels with respect to technical and procurement matters. 2. Implements procedures as laid down in Safety Management System Manuals, Fleet instructions and Emergency Response Plan. 3. Implementation and compliance to rules and regulations of Classification Societies, IMO, Flag and Port State Authorities and following the guidelines of engine and auxiliary equipment makers. 4. Responsible for evaluating performance of fleet vessels and recommends measures to improve the performance. Review the ship’s report, shore service and analysis reports, provide evaluation and comments to the ship. 5. Responsible for guidance and supervise the implementation of maintenance as per BASSnet PMS. 6. To assist and support the vessel trouble shooting, coordinate with maker or service company for technical comments. 7. Responsible for full technical operation of fleet inclusive but not limited to dry-docking, all repairs and maintenance during normal, critical and emergency situations. 8. Together with MSD, organize and guide ship in preparation of Port State Control, Flag State inspections, Class survey and any other third party inspections. Assist ship in taking corrective actions on outstanding items or deficiency. 9. Responsible for ship’s certificates update / renewal etc. 10. Conduct in-house and riding inspections and prepare report as required. 11. Oversee the arrangement of bunker / stores / spares / Lube oils / paints / chemical etc. 12. Preparation and control of annual budget for vessels under his charge. Supervise repair / docking estimation, repair bills checking and processing functions and to undertake docking / repair as required by the Management. 13. Monitoring the shipboard risk management with respect but not limited to Technical Passage Plan(TPP), Near Miss/Incident/Non-Conformity reports , JHA, etc and provide comments and instructions to the ship where necessary. 14. In charge for new building (when required) take over on site with respect to technical and procurement matters. Liaise with ISD for set up of BASSnet PMS data base and verification data base. 15. Participate in examining of new engineer recruitment, conduct briefing & debriefing and training. Evaluate crew performance and appraisal for the top 4 senior officers. Render assistance for crew appointment, replacement, promotion, rewards and disciplinary action where required. 16. Undertake any special project(s) as assigned by the DGM or the Management. 17. In case of his absence, his backup will be other Fleet Technical Superintendent or DGM. |

| 详细描述： | - Graduated from Maritime college or above with major of Marine Engineering. - Seagoing experience at position of Chief Engineer, preferably has a Technical Superintendent experience in famous international shipping companies. - Fluent writing and oral English. |
