详细描述：

1.Translate the garment orders. Edit and translate the documents and materials in the process of conmmunicating with clients.   翻译服装订单，客户沟通过程中涉及的文件资料翻译及编辑工作； 2.Be familiar with clothing technology, cost accounting. To collect and select details quotation and decide the most competitive manufactures to appoint process in short time.   熟悉服装工艺，核算成本，短时间收集详细报价及决定最具竞争性加工厂进行委外加工； 3.Full tracing on QC and manufactures to push the production process, guarantee the quality and delivery date.   全程跟踪QC及厂家密切联系，推进生产进度，保证质量及货期； 4.Tracing on the order’s dilivery date, dispatch date and account payable.   跟踪订单交货、发货、收款情况等工作； 5.On time document transfer to Finance team and support foreign exchange payment and receipt.    按时并妥善交接进出口报关单，发票和出口核销单，协助财务完成供应商和客户收付汇； 6.Tracing import and export vessel and flight schedule and update information to clients.   跟踪进出口货物船期和航班安排并通知客户相关运输信息。 7.Answer and turn to the phone, entertain visitors.   接听、转听电话；接待来访人员； 8.Responsible to receive and send faxes.   负责传真件的收发工作； 9.Assist I/E dept in typing in various business data.   协助进出口部门录入各种业务数据； 10.Responsible to prepare, record meeting content, and file Documents.   负责公司办公会议和其他重要会议的准备、记录和资料整理等工作； 11.Documents’ receiving / sending, delivery, submission, filing.     及时做好各类文件的收发、传递、呈批、立卷、归档工作； 12.Receive other temporary work.   接收其他临时工作。

·任　职　资　格

详细描述：

1.Bachelor or above, major in international trade or related.   本科及以上学历，国际贸易专业或相关专业，非应届毕业生； 2.Good written and spoken english.   有良好的英语口语和书面英语能力； 3.Over 2 years working experience in Garment trade company or buying office, dealing with outdoorwear preferred.   2年以上在服装贸易公司或服装采购公司工作，从事户外服装更优； 4.Strong communicaiton skills.   很强的沟通能力； 5.Attention to detail and strong tolerance for working on multiple projects simultaneously.   工作仔细认真，能同时处理好不同的工作。 6.Proficiency in microsoft office，especially on excel.   熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，特别是EXCEL的使用。
