| 详细描述： | We have an open position for a Sales Manager to work in NAPA for Operations’ Sales team, to seek new sales opportunities and prospects and at the same time professionally manage existing customer relations in responsibility area. Tasks include: • Responsibility for customer relations, customer communication (account management) • Analysis of market and customer needs and give feedback to product owners and other stakeholders • Offer review with Product Owners and Customer Service/Delivery regarding nonstandard products • Creating, updating and developing the opportunity base • Responsible of sales process from offering to closing including contract preparation and negotiations • Reporting and calling kickoff meeting • Presentations of company products and solutions • Internal communications especially with Product Owners and Customer Service/Delivery regarding nonstandard products |

| 详细描述： | What we expect from you: • Master Mariner or of university level technical or commercial background • Minimum of 2 years working experience with shipping company background, preferably in commercial or chartering departments • Good communication skills in verbal and written Mandarin and English • High level of external communication, argumentation, negotiation, cultural understanding, presentation, cooperation and networking.
