| 详细描述： | 1. To promotes and coordinates the implementation and maintenance of Safety Management System. This includes safety, security & environmental policy, plans, programs and measurement activities. 2. An audit plan (internal and external) is to be prepared for the current year and to ensure that the scheduled audits are planned/arranged in advance, at least 2 months before the due date. 3. To conduct shipboard internal audits to verify shipboard activities are in compliance with the Safety Management System. Internal audits and ship safety inspection may be conducted concurrently as and when required. 4. Coordinate and follow up with appropriate corrective actions for closing out of non- conformities, deficiencies and observations arising from vessel inspection, PSC inspection and audits. 5. Prepare and plan for mandatory SMC and ISSC renewal/intermediate audit by Recognized Organisation (ABS). 6. Prepare and arrange for the Class auditor to conduct the annual DOC office audit. 7. Ensure any non-conformities and findings raised within the ISM/ISPS systems are promptly responded to and dealt with. 8. On a quarterly basis, to prepare analyse statistical data on the ISM Non conformity (Internal and External) based on the ISM code element. 9. To evaluate the Master’s SMS review and make recommendation to the Management for continuous improvement of the safety system. 10. Participate and contribute to the Management Review on the result of the internal and external audits, any non conformities, the master’s review and analysis of the trend of non-conformities and PSC deficiencies. 11. To implement all appropriate and necessary revisions make to the SMS manual. 12. Evaluate the navigational audit report provided by the off signing Master and arranging for a navigational audit by external party. 13. Ensure all vessels adhere to and comply with the regulations promulgated by the Flag State Shipping acts and other requirements issued by the Port and Shipping Notices/Circulars. 14. Participate in the 3 Monthly Safety Committee meeting. 15. Review the shipboard drills matrix provided by vessel every quarterly. 16. Participate in TCC Emergency Casualty Response. 17. Ensure and monitor vessel is sending the Ballast water exchange notification to office before arrival ports that has Ballast water exchange regulation. 18. Collect and compile the ‘Environmental Monitoring Report’ submitted monthly by vessels. |

| 详细描述： | - Tertiary education, preferable in major of Navigation. - Experience with well established international owners and/or ship management companies Marine Superintendent and worked on bulker ship as a master is a plus. - Fluent command of English & Chinese. |
