| 详细描述： | Key Accountabilities: 1. Assists in full spectrum of crewing related matters including selection & recruitment; 2. Contributes to the forward planning on manpower requirements, pool sizes at various ranks; 3. Liaises with ship Master, manning agents and port agents in logistics arrangement to make timely and appropriate relief of crew; 4. Liaises with travel agents for flight arrangement for all embarking/disembarking during crew replacement; 5. Collects and maintains the Officers’ handover notes properly after reviewed by Fleet Managers; 6. Responsible for the Seniors’ briefing / visiting /de-briefing, including the arrangement of Letter of Guarantee, hotel and transportation, etc.; 7. Supervises the marine HR accounting related to manning agents, port agents, PPE suppliers, crew wage payment, certification and crew training; 8. Monitors and arranges for the cash to Master delivery; 9. Responsible for the PPE inventory, requisition, supply and delivery; 10. Assists the visa application and logistics arrangement for Fleet Managers’ visiting/riding vessel at outer ports and crew attendance of newbuilding project; 11. Any other assignments as required by the Crew Manager. |
