详细描述：	i.Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent.  ii.5 years relevant experience  iii.Must be fluent in English and Chinese (Written and Oral).  iv.Knowledge of International Conventions and Classification society rules. E.g. IMO(SOLAS,MARPOL)
