| 详细描述： | Job Description: • Assess the understanding of ship management and service through ship visits, informal meetings and seminars as appropriate. • Identifying training needs during ship repair and providing such training where practical to team. • Conducting investigations of Technical related incidents • Conducting service performance and control, report to clients; • Providing the technical advice to the ship and Fleet Team members • Monitoring on a daily basis of performance, technical and operational conditions of each service, allocated to him and take a corrective measures, when necessary • Preparing reports, verify final reports and class requirement of different repairs. • Ensuring Guarantee policy to different repairs, and prevent the risk in advance by: - Choosing qualified service provider; - Training or brief to engineers that join on vessel - Deliver our company service standard or requirement to each service - Monitoring the process and proper report to client - Providing solutions to client while service when difficulties - Close the loop of the service with service reports, delivery note and also the invoice. • Under Budgeting, running cost monitoring on vessels. Keep within Owners approved Budget but make best profits for company and long-term cooperation with client. • Arranging for repairs, modifications and dry dockings with proper reporting; • Ensuring that the ships are fully certified according to international standards and requirements for the service that we provide. • Preparing technical reports to owners in compliance with the service agreement to client. • Ensuring that the ships who we provide class related inspections are maintaining a Class(s) according to Rules and Regulations • Encouraging and developing a strong safety culture and environmental awareness for company for better development. • Providing support to the shipboard management in respect of technical and operational matters where required. |
